Paris in the Springtime

Dear World,

I am pathetic. Being that there is a radio contest to win a free trip to Paris, I have become obsessed. There are three chances to win today, two which have passed. Two which I failed to win.

Here are a few steps I did take in order to win:

1. Program the radio's telephone number into my phone the moment I heard about it.

2. Look up timing strategies on the internet.

3. Call 34 times during the 7:15 chance to win. To no avail. Obviously.

4. After the first clue was a song about Paris, I googled all country songs including the word Paris.

5. Make a note card with all these songs in preparation for the lunch time chance to win.

6. Call 45+ times at lunch in order to win. (I had all the right artists, P.S.)

I feel so sad. All this effort and two other lucky ladies are going to be traveling to Paris in the springtime. One more chance to call this afternoon but I don't even know how to prepare after the loop they threw me for at lunch using 4 sped up clips instead of one. I'll let you know how it turns out. Good-bye whole month of phone minutes.
